How can I book to stay at your hotel?
You can book through our website or through our partner TUI Nordic or TUI UK and directly from our official booking engine.
What are the available apartment types in the hotel?
- Studio: We can accommodate 2 - 3 persons,
- 1 Bedroom Suite: We can accommodate 2 – 4 persons,
- 2 Bedroom Suite: We can accommodate 2 – 6 persons,
Notes: We have fully sea view, partly sea view, and garden view accommodations
Is there a safe deposit box in the apartment?
Yes there is free of charge. You ask for key at the reception. Lost key is €50.00
Is there Wi-Fi access in the apartment & public areas? If yes, what are the current charges?
Free Wi-Fi access in all areas. Please note that is a bit slow when heavily used.
What are the standard “check-in” and “check-out” times of the hotel?
Check-in” at 14:00hrs, “Check-out” at 12:00hrs
Do you have apartments adapted for disabled guests?
We have 6 ground floor apartments designated and designed for the use of people on wheel chair
Do you have ironing facilities in the apartments?
Only in the superior apartments there is iron and ironing board
Do you have Tea & Coffee making facilities in the apartment?
We have in all apartments electric kettle and a coffee machine
Can guests request apartment upgrade whilst in resort?
Very difficult but possible, with an additional charge
Is there a mini bar in the apartment?
No. There is a mini fridge in each apartment free of charge
My return flight back home is late. Can I book a “late check-out” directly with the hotel whilst in resort?
Better to pre-book with the tour operator. If not it is possible but very limited number of apartments are available.- Current charges for “late check-out” is €90.00 until 18:00hrs
I have booked a “late check-out” apartment. Will I be able to keep the same apartment I will be staying in?
We will consider every request and will do our utmost to help make your late check-out as seamless and stress-free as possible. However, this is on request and upon availability, as your room may be needed for guests arriving early on the day you depart. On the day of your departure, please kindly check if it is possible to keep the same room at the reception. If not, you’ll be asked to check-out from your original room at 12 noon and you’ll be given a different room to enjoy for the remainder of the day.

Is there a “dress code” for dinner at the restaurants
The dress code for all Nausicaa restaurants is smart casual. We kindly ask our guests to avoid entering our restaurants in swimwear, barefoot, or wearing sleeveless T-shirts.
If we choose to stay at another Louis Hotel, would it be possible to visit your hotel and use your hotel’s services and facilities?
For more comfort and safety, only hotel residents can use our facilities (Swimming Pools, Sun beds, Umbrellas, Gardens, Tennis Court, Baby Lounge, Bamse Mini Club, Hang out, Animation, Entertainment, Shows, etc)- You can use only A la carte Restaurant and Bars with the applicable charges
